Made my first antipasta plate today for my sister's birthday. My husband and I had fun making it. Doesn't it look really great?
The ingredients are prosciutto-wrapped tomatoes, Gouda cheese, mild cooked salami, Spanish pork, and Gruyere cheese. Drizzle the tomatoes with olive oil just before serving. This will be served with homemade marinated mushrooms and bread sticks. Hope we have room for the pizza.

  1. oooooh, that looks delicious!! The proscuitto looks mouth-watering around those juicy looking tomatoes. Sounds like the perfect start to a fresh, homemade pizza!
